Odd Molly, This Is Who She REALLY Is

Filed under: All Articles, Fashion Talk, Malin Reports, Fashion Articles - Aron @ 1:04 pm -

I can’t seem to stop talking about Odd Molly. There just seem to be endless stories and things to say about her which I want to share with my fellow sisters out there.
We have written various blogs about Odd Molly. We all have a special view on her and her beautiful unusual clothes. Well, this is a short piece about who she REALLY is.

Per Holknekt, co-founder of Odd Molly, describes himself as a man who ‘love all the things I don’t understand’.
‘I was there in 2002 to shape this business together with Karin and Christer. My main mission is to deliver our common brand values the best I can. That’s all the designs one may feel and not necessarily see.
I am also a dedicated sports fisherman and the current European classics pinball champion.’

Before the Odd Molly adventure, Per used to be a professional skateboarder in Los Angeles, hanging out and no doubt showing off down the strip on Venice Beach.
Apparently all girls used to gather on the beach in order to hopefully bag themselves a fit skateboarder. They were all doing their various girlie things trying to get noticed by the guys. All but one girl. There was one girl who was different from the rest. She stood out. She was almost a little bit odd. Her name was Molly…
And as we now know, Per loves the things he doesn’t understand… and perhaps that is why odd Molly had an affect on him. And aren’t we glad that she did?

  1. I really love Odd Molly, the most wonderful “hippy light” clothing I have seen for many years! :)
