We all like a bargain! I know I do anyway! There is nothing that gets my adrenalin going like the feeling of knowing you have bagged a top-piece at a bottom-price. Your conscience is still intact and there are no guilt-feelings. No need to hide your ‘bargain’ away at the back of your wardrobe until it is old enough for you to truthfully be able to answer ‘-oh this?… It is quite old… just haven’t worn it for some time…’ or having to watch out to ensure the credit card statements do not end up in front of your beloved’s eyes. In fact, this is an opportunity to show off as the good shopper that you are and let him know how much money you have actually managed to save him by buying this remarkable must-have piece.

However, there are times when a bargain is no longer a bargain and instead becomes expensive! Trust me, I have experienced this many times and still don’t seem to fully learn. Don’t fall for the temptation to buy just because it is cheap or you end up with your bottom chest of drawer full of un-used stuff and a painful guilt-feeling. Think about what you need, what you already have and how & when you are going to wear this bargain-piece, BEFORE you punch in your pin-number.

OR… if you can afford to, live dangerously and make sure you come up with enough reasons to justify a bargain-buy! Gosh, we know that shouldn’t be too difficult. This particular stage of the process we women are really good at. Experts!
So, the sales are still on but are coming to an end. There is still time to snap up a bargain but you’d better be quick. The weather is still cold enough for a couple more months to be needing wintry garments or simply save them for next year.
In fact, just ignore my advice at trying to be sensible. Retail-therapy… or rather ‘online-therapy’ never killed anyone. Just get in the girl! Click away!
